Global Airport Operations Director

This position plays a key role in driving business growth and innovation at our global airport hospitality company. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for managing multiple facets of our operations, including finance, human resources, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth and enhance brand differentiation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish and ensure adherence to core work processes that foster market development and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain healthy relations and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including industry bodies and government organizations.
• Responsible for delivering both internal and contractual targets and KPIs.
• Participate in regular business performance review meetings with internal and external parties, providing justifications and action plans for deviations and / or shortfalls.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration related discipline

Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry, with 7-10 years at senior management level; experience in F&B is highly desirable

Proficiency in English and Spanish

Good knowledge of international Aviation Hospitality and airport services are assets
