We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional CHC Operations Coordinator to join Norgine.

The person holding this position will report to the Regional Head and be a member of the Commercial Consumer team.

The core responsibility of the Regional CHC Operations Coordinator is to provide support to the Regional Head, involving close collaboration with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational and strategic alignment. This role supports the efficient execution of sales and marketing initiatives and is vital for operational excellence.

This will be a permanent role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

• Data Collection and Analysis : Collate, analyse, and track performance metrics (KPIs), provide insights and recommendations, and contribute to regional marketing and commercial strategies.
• Insights and Reporting : Prepare and coordinate the collection of market data to support strategic decision-making.
• Document Preparation : Organize and prepare complex documents for reviews and meetings, upload marketing and medical materials, and gather data for reports.
• Business Meetings / Events Arrangement : Arrange venues, coordinate schedules, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for medium-scale events.
• Budgeting : Manage purchase orders, support expense reports, monitor budgets, and report variances.
• Project Resource Management : Support deployment and use of project resources, coordinate with supply chain, regulatory, and medical departments.
• Compliance Responsibility : Ensure adherence to applicable rules, laws, regulations, and guidance.
• Correspondence : Prepare emails, minutes, and reports for approval.
• Administration : Support complex documents, databases, departmental systems, and process improvements.
• Operational Compliance : Identify and escalate instances of noncompliance with policies and regulations.
• Personal Capability Building : Develop technical skills through participation in training and coaching.
• Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised.
• Several years of experience in a healthcare or FMCG company support role.
