Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to support our CEO in strategic initiatives, internal coordination, and external communications. This is not a typical assistant role : you'll be involved in key projects, preparation of materials, and acting as a sparring partner for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO with documentation, presentations, meeting briefs, and strategic reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, and agendas with stakeholders and partners.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring the CEO's time is used effectively.
- Help synthesize ideas, structure projects, and maintain visibility across key initiatives.
- Take ownership of special projects and support ad-hoc tasks across strategy, operations, or fundraising.
- Assist in investor relations coordination and external communications.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in executive support, business operations, consulting, project management, or similar roles.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work with ambiguity.Comfortable preparing decks, memos, reports, and tracking follow-up actions.Experience using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slide decks, and HubSpot or other CRMs.Benefits
