Expert Technical Specialist

We are seeking an expert to strengthen our brand in Spain as a Technical Specialist. This role involves implementing and supporting technical solutions for clients, adhering to agreed designs.

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Unified Comms solutions.
• Analyze incidents and provide workarounds.
• Manage SLA tracking and monthly reporting.
• Elevate issues to L3 (Solution Support and Product Support).
• Resolve application defects.
• Manage in-scope solution configurations.
• Maintain configuration registers.
• Raise product bugs.
• Install patches and deploy backups.

Job Description

This is a highly specialized position that requires expertise in telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have experience with unified comms solutions, troubleshooting, and incident analysis.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing SLA tracking, elevating issues to the relevant support teams, and resolving application defects. Additionally, they will need to maintain configuration registers and raise product bugs when necessary.
