About the Role
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will lead technical solutions for clients and provide support to distributors, installers, and partners for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Design and deliver customized technical solutions for clients
- Provide expert technical support to distributors and installers to ensure successful project execution
- Support developers and EPC partners in c&i and utility-scale projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal outcomes
- Organize and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge sharing and skills development
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support in securing new business opportunities
- Develop and design photovoltaic systems for ground-mounted, rooftop, and carport installations, meeting client requirements and industry standards
- Identify and analyze client needs, proposing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements
- Serve as the primary technical interface between clients and manufacturers, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing regular training and updates to internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support
