Technical Specialist Role

Strengthening our brand is a priority. We are looking for an expert Technical Specialist to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities :

We will implement and support technical solutions for our clients, aligned with agreed designs.

We will develop detailed technical designs that meet customer requirements, leveraging broad domain knowledge.

Small to medium-sized technical projects will be led by the selected candidate, collaborating with project managers and customer representatives.

Technical support, input on technology application, and advice on solution integration opportunities will be provided.

Effective communication across client communities will add value through expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Domain : Telecom domain knowledge.

Protocol : SIP, RTP, CAP, INAP, ISUP, Diameter, SMPP, REST, and SOAP.

Application : SBC, PBX, Intelligent Networking, Telecom Applications Servers, IVRs, and Linux.

Scripting : Shell Scripting.

Desirable Skills :

Containerization technologies : Docker and Kubernetes.

Telecom Value Added Services.

Linux Operating System.
