Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our European business development and client growth initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, retaining and developing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across Europe.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. You will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Leading and managing the European sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Generating new business opportunities and managing the sales process from enquiry through to order.
- Implementing and delivering against the Regional Sales Plan.
- Conducting market segmentation and identifying growth opportunities.
- Monitoring performance against targets and developing corrective actions where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need :
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing).At least 8 years of experience in industrial B2B technical sales, with a proven track record in leadership and team management.Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.Fluency in English; additional European languages an advantage.Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.Benefits
