Sales Director

We are looking for a driven and experienced Head of Lead Generation / Inside Sales to establish and lead our inside sales function. This is a unique opportunity for a senior professional to build a team from the ground up, initially focusing on the US market with plans to expand into the UK market in the future. Due to the nature of the US based work, flexibility / US working time zones will be required.

Position Overview

As the first hire in this area, you will play a pivotal role in designing, recruiting, and scaling a high-performing lead generation team. You will be responsible for setting the strategy, defining processes, and ensuring delivery against ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, creating a culture of performance, learning, and accountability
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies for the US market, with future expansion to the UK
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics, providing coaching and guidance to the team
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies
• Oversee and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent delivery of qualified leads
• Track, analyse, and report on team performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
• Continuously review and refine lead generation processes to enhance efficiency and results
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support commercial objectives

Salary €90 000 + bonus
