Compensation Manager

Job Title : Payroll Specialist

As a key member of our payroll team, you will oversee the entire payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accurate salary calculations, benefits, taxes, and deductions are all in compliance with labor laws.

To stay ahead of the curve, you will closely monitor changes to labor laws and tax regulations, guaranteeing full compliance with reporting obligations and legal requirements.

Additionally, you will manage the calculation, modification, and payment of Social Security contributions, maintain precise records related to salaries, taxes, and employee benefits, and track all modifications.

You will also provide training and support to new employees to ensure seamless operations and identify areas for process improvements and automation to enhance payroll efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations or a related field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in payroll management or similar functions.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and standards.
• Familiarity with A3nom payroll software and SILTRA is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
