Collections Director Job Summary
The Collections Director will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to drive collections success, conducting thorough problem analysis, and assessing technical information from various sources. This role requires strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as the ability to adapt and process complex information in a dynamic environment.
- Develop day-to-day strategies to optimize collection performance, manage overdue / delinquent accounts, and oversee budget management.
- Lead performance objectives of collections, supervise staff, and maximize collection efforts.
- Analyze and assess collection issues, determine course of action for resolution, and provide robust reporting of Collections analytics.
