Senior Finance Coordinator

About this Role This position plays a vital part in the finance and development teams, supporting various business operations across countries.

Responsibilities Owning and managing projects for Fever initiatives

Liaising with project managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments

Performing onboarding and compliance tasks

Assisting with financial reporting at the end of each month

Collaborating with key players to execute development payments and troubleshoot issues

Coordinating with the manager of the finance team and reporting KPIs for the area

This role offers ownership in a finance function position at an early stage of high growth. The successful candidate will leverage processes to identify areas of improvement.

Required Skills Accounting or finance degree

3 years of experience in finance / accounting in a similar role

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish

Experience in Accounts Payable tools, ERP (e.g. Tipalti, Business Central)

Desirable Qualifications Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management

Strong organization and time management skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, databases, or data mining
