About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Business Partner) to join The Adecco Group, partnering closely with Finance, Legal & Compliance, and Marketing. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding our financial strategy, driving cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring financial efficiency on a global scale. As a trusted business partner for cost controlling, you will collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to influence decision-making through insightful financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This is a highly visible position, ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and able to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, including CEO-1 Global Functional Leaders, supporting Actuals, Forecast, and Budget processes.
  • Partner with Global Leadership Teams of Enabling Functions to validate business cases, monitor worldwide costs, and drive financial performance improvements.
  • Lead global initiatives focused on cost savings, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate financial analysis and reporting of zone costs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses and develop insightful reports to support business decisions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize operations and improve financial processes.
  • Prepare Executive Committee and Board of Directors memos and presentations, highlighting variance analysis of key P&L lines and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
  • Communicate complex financial insights in a clear and compelling way, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and provide proactive solutions.

About you

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, with experience using Power BI.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, able to create engaging and impactful presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive consensus and alignment.
  • Skilled at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a focus on execution and results.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record in cost controlling.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for international collaboration.
  • Highly analytical mindset, capable of transforming complex data into clear business insights
  • Occasional traveling up to 20%.
