At ING we are looking for a Finance Budget Partner to support new segments and help us in our ambition to drive growth and diversification, achieving commercial and financial targets while aligning with the overall strategy.

You are the key representative from the Finance department in a cross-functional team with colleagues from business, operations and IT to contribute to the launch of new segments and have an impactful partnership with all stakeholders. You will fully understand the financial business case of the new segments (specifically Affluents, BuBa) with a focus on managing expenses and capacity budget, and use this to proactively propose and promote ideas to optimize resources and investments across the
