Customer Service Advisor (German – Austria Market) & English – Premium Automotive Brand – Remote 10

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor , you will :

Assist customers by phone and email, ensuring excellent service aligned with the brand’s premium standards.

Communicate efficiently in German (Austria) and English , both spoken and written.

Handle inquiries related to products, services, and after-sales support

✅ What We’re Looking For

Native / Bilingual German (Austria) speaker.

Advanced English level (minimum B2) .

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in customer support is a plus.

Contract & Compensation

Type of contract : Permanent (2-month probation period).

Schedule : Monday to Friday, full-time (39 hours / week).

Service hours : Between 08 : 00 and 20 : 00 (rotating shifts).

Salary : €20,000 gross / year , paid in 12 monthly installments .

Training

Start date : 29 / 09 / 2025

End date : 10 / 10 / 2025

Duration : 3 weeks, Monday to Friday from 09 : 00 to 18 : 00.

Location : Remote, paid training (language bonus not included during training).

Work mode : 100% remote
