Team - You will join the Customer Service Team in the Post Sales department

Job Description

lastminute.com is looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong Customer Service Orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal with inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats from Customers.
• Investigate, advise, and resolve pre-sales and after-sales queries, acting as the primary contact with the Customer and ensuring single contact resolution.
