Job Description

Are you looking for a role in customer service? We are seeking someone to join the Claim department within our Customer Service team in the Madrid office. You will ensure customer complaints and standard requests are dealt with efficiently and with the right level of sensitivity. You will monitor, respond, and engage with customers across different channels, providing service support for the LM group, contributing to a service-oriented culture aimed at building repeat business and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints through various channels
  • Take ownership and keep the customer informed of any developments until full resolution
  • Provide feedback
  • Navigate the website and travel booking systems confidently and effectively
  • Lead by example, representing the values of the business

Qualifications

Essential

  • Native or good knowledge of German and Spanish (Speaking and Writing)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
  • Desirable

  • Experience with travel-specific tools such as GDS Sabre and / or Amadeus
  • Additional Information

    Mandatory residence in Madrid.
