German-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Descripción del trabajoMonday to Friday, between 9 : 00 a.m. and 8 : 00 p.m. (split shift). 39 hours per week, with one rotating day per week. Salary : €23,500 gross annually (€22,000 base + €1,500 Sign-On Bonus). Training is fully paid and included in the contract.

German-Speaking Customer Service – Travel Sector — Madrid, Spain
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
- Assist customers with issues related to their credit cards and transactions.
- Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support.
Contract & Location
Permanent contract (with a 2-month trial period). Based in Madrid, Spain.
