ServiceNow Developer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- This position involves configuring and maintaining ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB) and developing client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
- You will create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, and integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, LDAP, JDBC, etc.).
- Maintenance of the platform, including applying patches and managing deployments, is also an essential responsibility of this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in unit testing, supporting UAT, and troubleshooting technical issues. A strong understanding of custom reports, dashboards, and Service Portal components is also required.
