WHAT WILL YOU DO

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Configure and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
  • Develop client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
  • Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, LDAP, JDBC, etc.).
  • Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade the platform, including applying patches and managing deployments.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and Service Portal components.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization
  • Fluent in spanish language and Advanced level of English (C1)
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting).
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and update set management.
  • Familiarity with platform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills in Agile / Scrum environments.
