This role entails developing, configuring, administering, and supporting the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure streamlined IT service delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain New Modules and Enhancements in ServiceNow
- Configure and Customize ServiceNow Workflows
- Maintain the Integrity and Overall Health of the ServiceNow Platform
- Act as Primary System Administrator for ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Develop and Maintain Integrations between ServiceNow and Other Systems
- Monitor Platform Usage and Performance
- Ensure Compliance with Security and Regulatory Standards
- Create and Maintain Documentation
- Provide Support and Training
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ Years of Hands-On Experience in ServiceNow Development and AdministrationProven Experience with Core ServiceNow ModulesStrong Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST / SOAP Web ServicesExperience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework (ATF)Knowledge of ITIL Principles and Experience Working in ITIL-Aligned EnvironmentsServiceNow System Administrator Certification (Minimum)Benefits
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related FieldServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation SpecialistFamiliarity with ServiceNow Domains like SecOps, GRC, or HRSDExperience with Agile / Scrum MethodologiesOthers
