As Last Mile Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising, validating, and creating strategies for our Last Mile routes in Madrid. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, with previous experience in logistics and Last Mile delivery, and has knowledge of the Community of Madrid's geography. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Responsibilities and objectives include :
- Live tracking of Madrid Last Mile routes
- Implementing improvements in route management software
- Conducting periodic analytical reviews for transport optimization
- Promoting sustainable mobility and reducing carbon footprint
- Effective problem-solving
- Preparing daily cost and effectiveness reports
- Monitoring Last Mile routes for cost validation
- Monthly financial closings and supplier reconciliations
- Participating in partner negotiations
- Verifying data from multiple sources for accuracy
- Managing claims via email and phone
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in a similar roleDegree (valuable but not mandatory)Highly analytical with strong concentration skillsExtensive knowledge of logistics, especially Last MileExcellent communication skillsProactive and autonomous work styleAbility to thrive in dynamic environments and meet ambitious goalsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExperience with Live Last Mile or transportation softwareBasic English communication skills;knowledge of French, Polish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus
