What you will enjoy doing

In this role you will use the scope defined by the TAR Program Manager as a base to manage a detailed Turn-Around plan, schedule, and budget, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness at every step

You ensure optimal resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, by collaborating closely with the Turn-Around team for a seamless execution of the Turn-Around

You also monitor current planning status daily, working with the Turn-Around team to address and correct any deviations

Moreover, you work collaboratively with Reliability & Maintenance functions, the Maintenance department, and Operations teams to identify requirements for TAR / Project success

You manage vendor relationships, including contracts, qualifications, quality of work, claims management, quotes, and delivery times

As well you coordinate and / or support the execution of the Turn-Around on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly

You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution toward digital transformation

What makes you great

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation

You bring at least 5 years of experience managing Turn-Arounds in industrial gas or similar industries (e.g., petrochemicals, energy, chemicals) and / or project organization, showcasing your expertise in handling complex operations

Are you thrive in an international business environment, displaying adaptability and understanding of global practices

You communicate fluently in English, and additional language skills in French, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, or German are considered a valuable advantage

Further, you are flexible and open to frequent travel within Regional Business Unit countries to support Turn-Around execution and planning on-site

You want to take on new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project

As well you can effectively collect, interpret, and use data, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08 : 00 hrs till 17 : 00 hrs.
