Junior F&B Operations Coordinator

About Our Role We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Junior Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the logistics and procurement of food and beverages for our restaurants.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing stocks, orders, and supplies, as well as providing support with menu engineering and food costs analysis.

You will work closely with our Spain Food and Beverage Manager to help achieve optimum performance for our existing and new restaurants.

Key Responsibilities Logistics Support

Support the flow of goods from Italy and France to Spain

Ensure timely and full deliveries to meet restaurant needs

Manage stock levels and prevent breakages

Solve logistical issues efficiently

Help set up logistical organization for new restaurant openings

Procurement Support

Support daily purchasing needs of restaurants

Build relationships with local suppliers and teams

Achieve 100% accuracy of pricelist and supplier data

Manage non-food procurement and stock management

Sources and negotiates with suppliers

Ensures availability of all necessary products

Supports sourcing for new restaurant openings

Menu Engineering & F&B Costs

Validates receipts and uses proper documents and systems

Supports menu changes processes

Analyzes performance and develops improvement plans

Manages inventory : assures quality of data

Contributes to respect of F&B objectives

Develops and deploys plans to improve F&B Costs performance

About You We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s / equivalent or mid-master degree in Business, F&B Management or Hospitality Management. You should have a passion for the food and beverage industry, analytical thinking, understanding of finance, proficient excel skills, practical mind with strong interest in operations, and ability to work within a team.

Language Skills Fluent Spanish

Fluent English

Italian / French are a plus
