THE ROLE
The Junior HR Business Partner is an integral part of delivering our promise to our guests.
They will be responsible for executing the strategy and assisting with full employee lifecycle processes and partner with the operational managers on key initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the team, ensuring HR strategies, processes and practices are implemented.
- Partner the business in all aspects of the People and Culture.
- Provide purposeful and futuristic coaching and feedback to all levels of employees, addressing various employee related issues and business needs.
- Ensures company compliance with all existing governmental and labor reporting requirements.
- Partners in the preparation of required documentation for compliance with Spanish laws.
- Partnership in the processing of worker’s compensation claims, leaves of absences, benefits administration good.
- Guarantee contracts and labor documentation are up to date.
- Develop and facilitate talent development materials and initiatives.
- Proactively immerse yourself in the operational business to enable sound HR advisory and decision-making partnership and advice.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and suitable judgment in making HR related business decisions.
- Workforce plan with the operational managers to ensure that recruitment activity results in optimal staffing levels throughout all the stores for operational success.
- Take accountability for continuously evaluating and improving the employee lifecycle, ensuring all processes are complaint, aligned with the wider company agenda and fit for purpose for the business sector you work with.
- Work with budgets and guide managers.
