Customer Support Specialist
to join a payment solutions project in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers with questions about their corporate payment services.
- Handle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).
- Support clients with issues related to cards and transactions.
- Provide clear information and guide customers through problem resolution.
- Log interactions and follow internal case management procedures.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction with empathetic, solution-oriented communication.
Qualifications
Fluency in German + good command of English.Previous customer support experience is a plus (but not required).Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.Reliability, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.Comfort working in a structured environment with sensitive financial data.What’s on Offer
