Overview
Community Manager & Consumer Care Specialist with German. This position coordinates and manages direct communication through all digital channels in a proactive way to maintain customer satisfaction in line with the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities
- You will manage the monthly calendar for our client's social networks, acting as the interlocutor to resolve doubts.
- You will publish the monthly content plan, respond to all comments and queries, strengthen links with consumers, and detect possible trends or topics of interest.
- Manage channels across social networks and customer care via email and phone.
- Promote content on networks.
- Proactively participate in team meetings to report project status and contribute to content creation.
- Produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on Social Media and Care performance.
- Research new trends in RRSS to contribute to content for brands and current clients.
