Laundry Operations Manager

Descripción del trabajoMinimum 2 years of guest-facing service experience in a luxury environment. Combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma or other relevant training / experience. Demonstrated technical proficiency, with ability to assess methods and procedures, knowledge of equipment and supplies, and exercise good judgment on corrective programs. Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and ability to navigate various software packages. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment. Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish and European languages (preferred).
Overview
Laundry Operations Manager – We are seeking a skilled Laundry Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of our laundry facilities, ensuring that high standards of quality, safety, and environmental practices are maintained.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations and implement measures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping Director and Maintenance Manager to ensure preventative maintenance of laundry equipment and address any significant issues promptly.
