Cleanliness Operations Coordinator

Descripción del trabajoMinimum of two (2) years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment Combination of education equivalent to high school diploma or any other source of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Confident, well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor A minimum of three years of related experience and / or training in the laundry field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and interpret English language documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment Knowledge of proper chemical handling Ability to apply customer service skills, according to Company policy, when interacting with guests and coworkers Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and the ability to navigate within variety software packages such as Excel, Word, and Adobe Page Maker or related programs Prompt response time for job inquiries Frequent feedback on performance On-going professional development opportunities A chance to be part of a dynamic team Good knowledge of the English language is required. Ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish and European languages preferred.
Overview
Laundry Facility Supervisor : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Laundry Facility Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment, as well as a strong background in laundry operations.
Responsibilities
- SUPERVISION OF LAUNDRY FACILITY
- Ensuring proper chemicals are used and disposed of according to the Approved Chemical List
- Maintaining efficient day-to-day service and quality of laundry facilities
- Assigning and reviewing work of laundry personnel
- Monitoring laundry equipment and ensuring it is in proper working condition
