Tasks :

• Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data is current and accurate.
• Remove roadblocks and support the team in resolving challenges to capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for clients and specific territories.
• Stay informed on developments in client services and market trends, and ensure the team is updated accordingly.
• Serve as a point of escalation for clients and respond promptly to issues.
• Maintain communication with the Sales Director and external clients to foster and develop strategic relationships.
• Ensure team understanding to meet operating plan, sales, and client performance targets (CPTs).
• Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds.
• Build and maintain business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations.
