At Drooms, the Late Shift Operations Support Specialist (OSS) is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence. As a Late Shift OSS, you're the first point of handling 1st level inquiries with efficiency and expertise. You'll engage in specialized tasks like document redaction and indexing, plus provide critical support during late shifts and across all regions.
The working hours will likely be between 3 : 00 PM and midnight.

Your responsibilities
First-Level Support : Serve as the first point of contact for user inquiries, providing prompt and efficient assistance via telephone, email, and chat. Address common customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer service.Data Room Management : Support in the creation, management, and archiving of data rooms. Ensure the integrity and security of confidential information stored within these rooms.Additional Services Execution : Perform specialized services such as document redaction, indexing, and other recurring data room tasks, adhering to specified requirements and timelines across all regions.Reporting : Collect data and create reports for both customers and internal purposes.Technical Issue Resolution : Assist in resolving basic technical issues related to applications, firewalls, and other system components, liaising with the technical team when necessary.USB Archiving : Oversee the creation, double-checking, and delivery of USB and online archives, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams including Customer Success, Product Support, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.Administrative Support : Perform administrative tasks such as contract termination, contract checks, quality assurance, and other operational support tasks.Your skills
At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administrative tasks, with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Hands-on mentality, customer and solution-oriented approach, multi-tasking skills, and good time management.Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized.Technical affinity, proactivity, and awareness of how actions impact project or company success.Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.At Drooms, we believe in hiring ambitious, forward-thinking individuals who want to grow with us.
