Operational Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain the EHS database up to date (company and employees); It involves performing regular checks, fixing issues, and implementing administrative tasks to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Manage the EHS documentation : organization, clasification, digitalization and record retention.
• Medical appointments management for Emerson Iberia employees.
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) management :
• Maintain updated documentation of coordination of business activities (company and worker); for clients classified with with recurrent assistance (Level 1 & 2).
• EHS documentation management for the assistances scheduled.
• Ensure accuracy between invoices information recorded in Oracle and the purchase orders.
• Management of business cards, preparation and coordination of shipment.
