The Recipe for Success

Provide advanced (second and third line) support for Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations , including associated integrations and other business applications managed by Group IT. Support project-related changes as needed, collaborating closely with Group and Regional IT teams , business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective delivery and resolution.

What’s on your Daily Menu?

• Provide second / third line ERP support, investigating issues and managing escalations per the LC Support Model.
• Collaborate with third-party providers to resolve incidents and problems professionally and efficiently.
• Log and document support cases, ensuring resolutions are recorded accurately.
• Take ownership of user issues, proactively driving them to resolution.
• Keep users informed on the status of their support requests in a timely manner.
• Support testing and acceptance of new ERP solutions and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project lifecycle standards, including documentation, testing, and change approval.
