The Recipe for Success
Provide advanced (second and third line) support for Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations, including associated integrations and other business applications managed by Group IT. Support project-related changes as needed, collaborating closely with Group and Regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective delivery and resolution.

Provide second / third line ERP support, investigating issues and managing escalations per the LC Support Model.
Collaborate with third-party providers to resolve incidents and problems professionally and efficiently.
Log and document support cases, ensuring resolutions are recorded accurately.
Take ownership of user issues, proactively driving them to resolution.
Keep users informed on the status of their support requests in a timely manner.
Support testing and acceptance of new ERP solutions and enhancements.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions in collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project lifecycle standards, including documentation, testing, and change approval.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology-related field.
Minimum 3 years of ERP support experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations. Experience with other ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) is also valued.
Strong working knowledge in at least two of the following modules : Finance, Sales & Marketing, Trade & Logistics, Supply Chain & Procurement, System Administration, Application Integration Framework (AIF).
Involved in gathering business requirements for IT systems.
Solid understanding of retail business processes.
Familiarity with EDI / XML integrations is a plus.
Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or AX (2012 R3) are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong grasp of business management and strategic thinking.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and concepts.
Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
