Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of the European HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business and driving forward our HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
- Support HR Shared Services (HRSSC), including employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
- Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
- Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
- Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
- Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.1-3 years of HR-related experience, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).Self-motivated, proactive, with strong accountability and team spirit.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.What We Offer
