Strategic Human Resource Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of the European HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business and driving forward our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
• Support HR Shared Services (HRSSC), including employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
• Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
• Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
• Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
• Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
