Job Summary

This is a proactive, people-centric HR Business Partner role. Support the People Operations Director and serve as the first point of contact for HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum HR support with a focus on recruitment, compliance, and relocation.
• Work closely with headquarters, Regional GM, and Regional team leaders to support business plans and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Recruit effectively, manage the entire recruitment cycle, and facilitate hiring decisions with hiring managers.
• Offer high-quality HR services while improving processes and response times.
