Overview
Business Development Specialist Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Spanish market. As a key member of our international expansion strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and approaching potential sellers and partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English. You will also be detail-oriented and comfortable working independently, with the ability to track and achieve weekly / monthly KPIs (seller acquisition, GMV, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential sellers and partners
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Manage discovery calls to understand partner needs and present platform benefits
- Support onboarding and activation of new sellers
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance
- Track and achieve weekly / monthly KPIs (seller acquisition, GMV, etc.)
Requirements
