Sales & Account Manager (French Market) MATERNITY COVER

Hey, future Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our French Business Team at Weekendesk in Barcelona.

In this role, you’ll work closely with top hotels in France, helping them grow their business and ensuring a successful partnership with Weekendesk.

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of 200-250 hotels in the French region. You’ll be at the heart of our business, where your ideas and strategies directly shape the growth of our hotel partners.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like :

  • Negotiation Mastery : Lead the charge in securing the best deals, negotiating new offers, and ensuring profitable contracts.
  • Collaborative Spirit : Work closely with the business and marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that drive visibility and revenue.
  • Market Strategist : Monitor the competition, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead.
  • Proactive Partner : Develop and execute action plans to boost sales and support underperforming hotels, transforming challenges into opportunities.
  • Customer Advocate : Aim for the best deals and experiences for our customers while strengthening relationships with hotel partners.

  • Experience in tourism is a plus, but candidates from all sectors with account management skills are welcome.
  • Contract and work model :

  • Permanent contract (3-month trial period).
  • Hybrid work model : 3 days in the office, 2 remote + 10 home office days per year (work from anywhere in Europe within a 1-hour time difference).
