Thanks to our exponential growth through the DACH regions , we're looking to expand our amazing sales team.

Factorial bets on potential and growth, so we are currently evaluating all seniority levels : Junior, Mid & Senior , as we believe diversity and collaboration are the keys for success!

The Role

  • Manage the sales cycle from the demonstration to the closing.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives.
  • Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects.
  • Innovate and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed targets.
  • Use creative and consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process effectively.
  • Collaborate daily with diverse internal teams , including SDR's, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Drive the DACH Markets expansion for Factorial by understanding the landscape, developing new strategies, and establishing Factorial as the leading solution.
  • At Factorial, we don't cap our bonuses —your only limit is you.

Your Profile

  • Multilingual Mastery : Native in German and fluent in English.
  • Valued Experience : At least one year of experience on a sales position.
  • Tech Enthusiast : A natural passion for digital innovation and tech-savviness.
  • Strategic Visionary : Experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and critical communication skills are essential.
  • Soft Skills Superstar : Detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated, and ambitious to grow within our exciting team.
