We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Manager to lead our UI / UX vision and craft exceptional user experiences that empower storytellers and content professionals worldwide.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in user-centric design, interaction design, and scalable design systems, ideally within a large product portfolio. They will be responsible for leading and mentoring UI / UX teams while championing design excellence across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver intuitive, impactful user experiences.

Lead the development of design strategies and guidelines that align with business objectives.

Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to push boundaries and explore new ideas.

Requirements :

Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring UI / UX teams.

Proficient with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and fluent in agile methodologies.

Experience in B2C or B2B software workflows and collaborative applications—bonus if within broadcast, media, news, or sports industries.
