Electrical Design Engineer

For our office in Madrid, we are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer.

Responsibilities Active participation in technical discussions on projects.

Study of client specifications and preparation of technical solutions for functional and detailed diagrams.

Preparation of functional logic diagrams.

Design and drawing of wiring diagrams for electrical cabinets.

Technical support for the project manager.

Design and drawing of wiring diagrams for DC traction substations.

Requirements Technical degree in electrical and automation industrial field or equivalent.

CAD design (Schemelect, Eplan, SEE Electrical Expert, AutoCAD Electrical, etc.).

Knowledge of automation and functional logic.

Successful experience in a similar position (experience in railway is a plus).

Knowledge and proficiency of principles of electrical distribution and their associated protection systems.

Experience in producing electrical diagrams of systems.

English B2 or higher.

Occasional traveling required (a few days every 2 months on average).

Team player, autonomous, solutions oriented, problem solver, and able to take technical responsibilities.
