Responsibilities

Perform electromechanical design and structural work according to established design principles under the supervision of the Mechanical Lead during the design cycle.

Create 3D engineering models and 2D drawings; develop designs, assembly, and installation drawings in alignment with electromechanical engineering standards and processes.

Apply processes and tools applicable to electrical design; adapt to ongoing changes during design and manufacturing phases.

Collaborate with interfaces across departments; demonstrate strong communication and social skills.

Support manufacturing and installation processes (reviews, deviation sheets, concessions).

Identify risk elements, participate in evaluation, and propose efficient, innovative solutions.

Carry out technical inspections of aircraft (photographs, dimensions, 3D scanning, etc.).

Record lessons learned to improve efficiency of future projects.

Minimum Requirements

Degree / Master in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.

3-5 years of experience in Electromechanical Engineering Design or Aeronautical Structures.

Knowledge of ATA 92 and various aircraft types (Boeing, Airbus, etc.).

Knowledge in Electrical and / or Electromechanical design, including Siemens NX.

Proficient with CAE and CAD tools (preferably Siemens NX, Teamcenter, AutoCAD).

Proficient in English and Spanish (high level required).

Experience working in international environments and projects.

Good communication, team-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a demanding environment.
