Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer, expert in Siderurgy (steel factories), whose main function will be :

Set design criteria in accordance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and contractual requirements.

Prepare and / or supervise the main electrical documents and activities for projects and proposals : electrical calculations and technical studies, equipment and material requisitions, technical reports, vendor drawings, etc.

Report to the leader and collaborate in managing the workload.

Support the execution of necessary inspections, tests, and trials.

Provide support on-site when required.

Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Department : Lessons learned, development of procedures, identification of training needs, etc.

Train / mentor junior engineers

Skills / Qualifications :

Education : University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of overall experience in developing conceptual studies, basic engineering and detailed engineering in large industrial projects. Minimum 5 years of experience in steel plants or metallurgical industry projects (electric arc furnaces, rolling mills, etc.).

Knowledge of technical standards applicable to industrial electrical installations.

Technical English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
