EF 2025- Electrical Installation Senior Design Engineer

Overview A new Job Position for Eurofighter Design Engineer is required within the Electrical System Installation Design Department (Spanish perimeter for Eurofighter FCAS, A400M, Eurodrone and Legacy Combat A / C).

The Position is aiming to support on the development of Eurofighter future capabilities (P4E, LTE etc.) and will be integrated in the multidisciplinary team of Electrical System Installation Design. Although main Program focus will be on the mentioned scope, the candidate would have additionally the opportunity to support and understand other development design activities within department, such as FCAS, Eurodrone, A400M, or legacy A / C.

The Candidates should have knowledge in some of the Electrical and / or Electromechanical Design fields (i.e. Electrical Diagrams, Harnesses, Electrical Boxes, Electromechanical Installations etc.), including CATIA V5 / V6-3DX and / or Electrical Diagrams Tools (See-XP, Capital Logic etc.) knowledge. Also, due to the high amount of stakeholders interfacing with Electrical Design activities it is required the ability to communicate and work in a team collaborative international environment, among other soft skills (self-organized etc.).

Responsibilities The Job final scope is consisting among others in performing Design Definition Dossier for Electrical Wiring interconnection Diagrams, Electrical harnesses design, Supports / Bracketry Design, and Electromechanical Installations (i.e. Equipment, Electrical Boxes, Harnesses etc.) and associated technical management activities.

Requirements and Skills Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.

Over 5 years of experience in Engineering, in a Design / Airframe Department.

Knowledge in Electrical and / or Electromechanicaldesign, including CATIA V5knowledge (desirable CATIA V6 / 3DX).

High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode.

Advanced level in English(Spanish as mother tongue)

German or Italian would be an asset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to propose new ideas.
