Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in equity / debt capital markets, with experience in advisory, investing, or financial sales. They should be able to identify influencers and decision makers, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships. The position requires managing a high volume of investment opportunities with constant interaction and communication with potential targets.

Exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and professional behavior are essential for success. Additionally, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination of investment opportunities and convert qualified leads into transactions.
• Update and manage all origination activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
• Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified investment opportunities.
• Research and investigate investment opportunities by analyzing new relationship opportunities via LinkedIn and email.
• Perform financial and technical analyses, industry research, and prepare deal screening memos for review by the investment committee.
• Assist managing partners and investment teams in various projects and sourcing of special situation investment opportunities.
