Barcelona (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Head of Marketing (future CMO) – B2B SaaS. At Myneral Labs, we are revolutionizing B2B supply chain management through innovative technology, putting sustainability and traceability at the core of global operations. Our software empowers companies to be more efficient, transparent, and responsible towards the planet. We are entering a key growth phase and are looking for our first marketing hire : a Head of Marketing with energy, ambition, and a hands-on mindset. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in marketing or growth who wants to take the next big step in their career : owning the full marketing function of a fast-growing SaaS startup and evolving into CMO in the short / medium term.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Myneral Labs’ B2B marketing strategy (digital, brand, demand generation, product marketing)
- Create and manage engaging content across website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and events
- Drive lead generation and support sales with campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, newsletters, PR, etc.)
- Develop and shape the brand identity and communication style across all channels
- Track, analyse, and optimize performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Work directly with the CEO, Co-Founder & Chief of Staff to align marketing with business goals
- As the company grows, help build and grow the marketing team and coordinate with agencies / freelancers
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or Communications (highly preferred)2–4 years of experience in digital / growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environmentsProven track record in demand generation, content creation, and performance marketingHands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO / SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp)Ability to analyze key metrics (traffic, CPL, CAC, conversion rates) and make data-driven decisionsStrong copywriting and storytelling skills in both English and SpanishExperience working closely with sales teams to generate and nurture qualified leadsCreativity combined with a strong analytical mindsetHighly proactive and autonomous, comfortable in a fast-changing environment where “there’s still a lot to be built”Ambition and leadership potential : motivated to grow into CMO roleWhat we offer
