At Nutrisport (Tradebe Health & Nutrition) , a leader in sports nutrition, we are looking for a Head os Sales to drive the transformation and expansion of our brand into mass-market sales channels. This is a key role, responsible for leading, alongside your direct team, the changes and new partnerships that will accelerate business growth.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for mass consumer channels, as well as for key national accounts.
- Negotiate agreements, promotional plans, and investments that generate profitable growth.
- Identify opportunities for category innovation and development.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the commercial strategy across the national market.
- Analyze KPI, trends and results, reporting progress and opportunities to senior management.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals managing the day-to-day with our clients.
What we´re looking for
Graduate in business administration and management, degree in marketing and sales or similar.8+ years of experience in Sales and account management within FMCG, with a strong focus on national and regional key accounts.Proven track record in leading and developing sales teams.Strong negotiation and influencing skills in highly complex environments.Strategic vision and results-driven mindset.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.English proficiency is a plus.What we offer
