Position Overview

YBVR is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to develop, lead and execute our global marketing strategy. This role will focus primarily on developing and executing go-to-market plans for Xtadium , while also overseeing the broader brand, culture, and communications strategy for YBVR as a whole.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative storyteller, and data-driven decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will play a key role in shaping the perception of Xtadium and YBVR in the market, building strong community and partner relationships, and driving business opportunities for YBVR across the range of verticals in which we operate.

Key Responsibilities

Xtadium Product Marketing (70%)

• Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for Xtadium, aligned with product roadmap and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Partnerships and the wider YBVR team to craft compelling messaging and positioning.
• Drive user acquisition and engagement campaigns through owned, earned, and paid media.
• Set the organisational content and storytelling strategy, leaning on existing team for execution, to highlight Xtadium’s unique value proposition across XR, and fan experience landscapes.
• Coordinate launch and promotional activities with major league partners and distribution platforms (e.g., Meta, broadcasters).
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance through KPIs, user insights, and ROI reporting.
• Build and lead the YBVR marketing department, setting organisational strategy, goals and defining KPIs.

About Xtadium

Xtadium is a social VR and mixed reality (MR) sports app available on Meta Quest, offering live and on-demand access to various sports events, including the NBA, UFC, NASCAR, and X Games. Xtadium allows users to experience sports in a virtual environment, offering an immersive experience like being courtside at an NBA game or trackside at a NASCAR race.
