About the role and the team :
We are a team of 80 Sales Representatives who value training and professional development. This is a consultative sales role where you will act as a trusted advisor to vendors, providing guidance on campaigns and training in marketing and sales strategies to help clients grow their business in the wedding marketplace.
Responsibilities Manage, renew and expand the assigned client portfolio
Provide training and consulting to clients, helping them understand and leverage products / services to meet their business needs
Manage cancellation requests from dissatisfied customers with the aim of recovering them
Recover former customers by analyzing previous campaigns and proposing solutions to better meet their needs and reestablish long-term relationships
Successful candidates have Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management)
Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills
Excellent listening and communication abilities
Highly results-oriented, determined, and team-driven
Proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments
Native-level Italian and fluent English proficiency
Excellent ability to organize your agenda and good ability to use Excel

This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
