In your career as a Local Ambassador Manager at Booksy, you will have the exciting opportunity to identify, build, and manage a strong network of influencers and brand ambassadors within the local market. You will be key to driving brand visibility, engagement, and promotion of our products. You will work closely with the global marketing function to align strategies while meeting local market needs.

In this dynamic role, you will be a key member of the local marketing team, cultivating an effective and motivated community of ambassadors. Your work will generate brand exposure and contribute directly to customer acquisition and retention. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and passionate about leveraging influencer and ambassador marketing to grow our market presence.

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting a diverse group of local influencers and ambassadors who align with our brand values and objectives. You will develop and execute influencer and ambassador campaigns that align with both local market objectives and global brand goals, working with them to create authentic and engaging content. You will also establish clear performance metrics (such as engagement rates, referral traffic, and conversions) and track progress to ensure KPIs are met.

You will report to the Head of Marketing for Spain and work closely with the social media manager, events manager, and other local colleagues.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

Demonstrable experience and repeated success in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or community management, preferably in a local market context.

In-depth knowledge of the influencer landscape and trends within the local market.

Demonstrable experience and repeated success in managing influencer campaigns and working with both macro and micro influencers.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building strong, long-term relationships.

Ability to create social media content, attend events / trade shows, etc.

Proven ability and deep experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
