Develop and implement an assortment plan for selected sub-categories within the Beauty Department to achieve or surpass financial targets.
Create assortment strategies that balance product variety, depth, innovation, and pricing / margin goals.
Monitor and maintain stock levels in line with business targets and commercial plans.
Continuously evaluate supplier offers to secure the best deals and optimize commercial terms with existing partners.
Plan to meet sales, profitability, and inventory turnover objectives.
Analyze market trends on social media and in competitor landscapes to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
Assess product performance through sales analysis to inform strategic adjustments and future assortments.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, seeking new partnerships to enhance SHEIN's offerings.
Monitor weekly sales to identify growth opportunities and recommend markdown strategies for underperforming products.
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in the Beauty sector, preferably with an e-commerce retailer.
Proven success in vendor negotiations, focusing on trending products, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience in new business acquisition and managing strategic accounts.
Strong analytical skills, proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strategic thinking, project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
